Here are some
images of test runs of the restored
Beyer-Peacock Garratt G42 on
the Puffing Billy line in the Dandenong ranges.
This loco was built in England in 1926 to work on the Moe-Walhalla narrow
gauge line in Victoria, Australia.
G42 hauled it's last train on the Beach Forest line in 1962.
The Garratt will haul lunch trains on the Puffing Billy line from 19th
April 2004.
